Cuzco: a very interesting town and the starting point for a lot of historic site in the surrounding and especially also to Machu Picchu. In town: cathedral and the calle ... famous for the inca walls and the quarter .....

Hotel: Andenes de Saphi: close to the Plaza Central. Nice. Has a big nice room with many windows, but this is noisy and not possible to heat, in the morning the room temperature was down to 15°C, not a pleasant temparature. The other rooms are smaller, quiet and the heater successfully heats up to 21°ŠC. Free coca tea in the reception hall (Cuzco is at an altitude of 3416 m).
